Fourth Grade

 

We are proud to be an AVID school!  One of the big components of AVID is organization.  Students are taught how to organize their school belongings and how to keep them organized.  We check the students' organizational tools - binders, desks, and backpacks - on a regular basis.  Students are scored and given direction on how to improve.  Listed below are supplies that all students are expected to have when school begins in August.  

                                        

Required Supplies:

• 8 tab dividers                

• White board markers

• Markers, colored pencils, crayons - any combination of these

• Pencils - with extra lead if they are mechanical or a sharpener if they are not

• Highlighters - yellow, pink, orange, green

• Glue stick

• Scissors 

• Headphones

• Wireless Mouse (optional)

We strongly suggest you shop during the summer when all the school supplies are on sale for super cheap.  It is always a good idea to stock up at this time!  The supply list can be found on the school website if needed:)
