Dear Brookside Families:

Welcome to the 2023-2024 school year! We are excited to see all of our students on the first day of school, which will be on Thursday, August 10, 2023. Please see the linked Bell Schedule here and the Beaumont Unified School District Academic Calendar here.

You will be able to obtain your child’s CLASSROOM ASSIGNMENT via your Aeries Parent Portal. If you have not already done so, please click here to create an account so that you may access this information. Importantly, please review and confirm your emergency contact information and communication preferences. All communications will be through district email, Aeries, and/or Parent Square. Please visit the Parent Square website or App to create your account.

Classroom assignments will be published Friday, August 4 after 3:00 p.m.

Mark your calendars for our New Family Orientation & Back-to-School Night on Wednesday, Aug 9, 2023, at the following times:

New Brookside Family Orientation
August 9, 2023, from 3:30 – 4:00 PM
This session is for families with students in grades TK-5 who are new to Brookside and would like more information about our school culture, activities, procedures, and celebrations. There will be a time for questions. We cannot wait to meet you.

Back to School Night Grades TK-5th
August 9, 2023, from 4:00 – 4:50
This session is for all other families who would like to visit campus and to meet your student’s teacher.
This time is not for a personal meeting with the teacher. There will be many families present and please respect others time.
If you would like to meet longer with the teacher, please email him or her and arrange a meeting.
