Emergency Communication

During an emergency, communication is critical. If an emergency occurs at or near your child's school, you may be notified through the ParentSquare app. You may also receive information via the Beaumont Unified School District Facebook page or by phone.
 
Below are steps we encourage you to take now–
 
  • Download the ParentSquare app on your phone
  • Set "accept push notifications" and change notification settings to "instant."
  • Update School Emergency Contact information
  • We encourage you verify your emergency contacts annually with the correct person and phone numberFamiliarize yourself with the District's "emergency protocols."
 

Bullying Prevention

If you believe a child may be being bullied, immediately report it to a school employee, contact the Beaumont USD office, or submit a report via the STOPiT AppReports of bullying will be investigated and resolved in accordance with the district's uniform complaint procedures specified in AR 1312.3. Visitor Check-Ins

Our school has only one entry-point for visitors to enter. All visitors, including employees, are required to check-in to our school using a Beaumont USD employee badge or a state-issued ID. They are also required to digitally check-out upon leaving campus.
